Teleworking
We already have a team of Teleworkers working from home. They strengthen our sales or customer service offerings, building a rapport with our customers - from the comfort of their own home.
To be a Teleworker, you'll need a dedicated room in your home with a good broadband connection - although for your first 3-6 months you'll be learning the ropes in one of our AA sites. Once you're ready, we'll set you a range of targets, which will be challenging and achievable. You'll be an information point and a problem-solver rolled into one, while all the time letting your personality come to the fore, helping millions of people get the best out of doing business with the AA.
So what are we looking for?
You'll need to be enthusiastic, upbeat and professional to deliver the best service. In customer service roles we are looking for previous experience or a good understanding of what good customer service is all about. In sales roles we are looking for that all important natural sales flair. Good literacy, numeracy and efficient IT skills are really important too.
