Additionally, align staff training records with staff induction programs.
  • Product Familiarisation and New Trainer Support: Administer product familiarisation, training, and communication days and ensure new trainers are fully equipped to fulfil their roles as consultant trainers.
  • Rollout of New Police Products: Support and manage the introduction of new Police products.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Take ownership and drive ongoing CPD initiatives for trainers, including internal monitoring.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks and Venue Planning: Undertake and complete ad hoc exercises as required and assist with planning, liaise with facilities on venue organisation, and manage all attendees for events such as Trainer Days.
  • Stock Control and New Starter Induction: Manage stock control for all training events, including inductions and assessments.

What do I need?

  • Knowledge of DriveTech Products and Systems: Familiarity with DTCM (DriveTech Course Management) and Kallidus is essential. These systems play a crucial role in our operations.
  • Recruitment or Training Administration Experience: Having prior experience in recruitment or training administration is advantageous. It demonstrates your understanding of the processes involved.
  • Microsoft Packages Proficiency: A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is important for efficient communication and document management.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills are vital. You’ll be handling various tasks simultaneously, so effective planning and coordination are key.
  • Exceptional Planning Abilities: Your ability to plan strategically and foresee potential challenges will contribute significantly to our team’s success.
  • Effective Communication Skills: As a competent writer of communications, you’ll be responsible for conveying information clearly and professionally.
  • Time Management and Prioritisation: Balancing multiple responsibilities requires effective time management. Prioritising tasks ensures productivity.
