Are you a meticulous professional who thrives on excellence and excels in administrative duties?

The AA is currently seeking an Assurance Coordinator to bolster our second-line assurance efforts. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative guidelines, playing a crucial part in upholding our commitment to quality standards.

What will I be doing?

  • Administer and manage the AAIMS Portal, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate and manage external reviews, including ISO activities, and liaise with stakeholders for action completion
  • Compile and prepare Assurance Management Information for senior management presentations
  • Support the development and communication of metrics for the Monthly IAR Reporting process
  • Perform general team coordination and administrative duties, assisting the Head of Assurance and Risk and Compliance leadership as required

What do I need?

  • Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in formulas and data management
  • Fantastic Writing Skills: Clear and concise reports for senior stakeholders and wider business areas
  • Administrative Experience: Prior administrative role experience, including minute-taking and report/presentation creation. Excellent organisational skills and comfortable handling multiple priorities
  • Risk/Compliance Understanding: While general knowledge is preferred, we value a willingness to learn and develop within the Risk/Compliance field
  • Comfortable Communicator: Engage confidently with management at all levels across the business
  • Creative Thinker: Draw upon your self-motivation and flexible approach to problem-solving
