Your development journey will start with a tailored Induction Programme. You’ll also benefit from an e-learning suite packed with inspiring development tools. Your first few weeks are all about starting off well, laying the right foundations and making sure you feel part of our community.

You’ll continue to build your expertise as your career progresses. We offer everything from technical training and online learning to professional qualifications, all supported by your personal career portal and learning library.

Regular on-the-job coaching will ensure you stay up-to-date with our ever-evolving business and can provide the leading service our customers expect. We’ll encourage you to develop your knowledge in specific areas as well as learning new skills. Learning resources at each of our locations may include books, computer-based training packages and videos.

Twice a year you’ll formally review your performance with your Line Manager, and discuss ways to improve and develop. Of course, you and your Line Manager will have regular chats about how you’re doing throughout the year.
