On Thursday 20 April we were delighted to announce the launch of our new group Learning Management System (LMS) across all sites.
This is the first time all permanent employees across the AA will have access to one online Learning Platform, bringing our teams together in a consistent way. The new centralised system means we can support individual training needs as well as ensuring we remain compliant to FCA regulated standards. All employees will have visibility of up and coming training, external programmes and compliance e-learning through the portal – all through the click of a button!
