  • Actively support Digital Analytics' ways of working and processes for the reporting and visualisation function.
  • Line manage reporting and visualisation analysts, plan capacity, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop the reporting and dashboarding competency within the Digital Analytics team, including setting standards, defining processes, establishing career frameworks, job families, and role standardisation to ensure effective implementation and adherence.
  • Oversee reporting improvements and provide advice on new products and propositions as required.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and agree on KPIs for reporting and visualisation.
  • Promote the usage of self-serve and automated reports, supporting processes to monitor MI usage, and identifying and retiring obsolete reports.
  • Ensure users are fully trained on all new or updated reports, helping them understand how to derive the best value from the tools created, including support in show & tell sessions and sprint demos where needed.
  • Work with business stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and track adherence to these agreed SLAs.

What do I need?

  • Extensive experience working directly with multiple senior stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, and prioritising work backlogs.
  • A broad technical skill set with previous hands-on expertise in MI and Metadata tools, applying best practices, self-service, and automation strategies.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable MI and Metadata reporting and dashboards, with proficiency in Power BI.
  • Significant experience working with web and app analytics data, including GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
  • A strong track record of performing complex data analyses with large data volumes.
