As the Fleet Product and Change Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of fleet service design with cutting-edge solutions. Your role involves leading technological advancements to achieve outstanding fleet outcomes and ensuring operational efficiency across all solutions. You will shape fleet strategy, advocate for the company's ESG-first approach to fleet management, and implement effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement.
What will I be doing?
- Drive the transformation of fleet service design using structured techniques and innovative solutions, particularly in the alternative vehicle space
- Lead the development and integration of technological solutions to achieve exceptional fleet outcomes across vehicle and driver disciplines
- Manage and optimise the fleet data structure to deliver actionable insights on performance and environmental impact
- Implement effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Lead and represent the AA's ESG-first approach to fleet management, both internally and externally
- Demonstrate adaptability and emotional intelligence to drive impactful outcomes and foster positive relationships
- Influence fleet strategy with impactful insights and recommendations
- Utilise professional knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in fleet management
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities within fleet operations to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and effectiveness of fleet service design components across all customer solutions
What do I need?
- Proven expertise in managing and designing fleet services within leasing, transport, or logistics sectors, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment
- Deep understanding of the latest advancements in alternative vehicles and the ability to integrate innovative technological solutions to enhance fleet performance
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective change management strategies and leading ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives to drive sustainable fleet operations
- Core competencies in overseeing complex projects, managing risks, and conducting thorough financial and commercial evaluations to ensure sound decision-making
- Expertise in Fleet Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Skilled in managing and optimising fleet data structures to generate actionable insights on performance and environmental impact, leveraging advanced fleet management systems and tools
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and extract meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Strong capabilities in planning and executing projects, aligning them with strategic goals to achieve exceptional fleet outcomes
- Effective communicator and leader, capable of inspiring and guiding teams, fostering positive relationships, and representing the organisation's ESG-first approach both internally and externally
- Adept at identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities within fleet operations, making informed decisions to drive impactful outcomes
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, leveraging collective expertise to achieve common goals and drive innovation in fleet management
