Role: Customer Advisor – Driving School
Location: Cardiff - Dynamic Working
Salary: £22,322
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent

At the AA Driving School & BSM, you’ll put the customer at the focus of everything you do. You’ll be part of a great team, with flexible working options all within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm… so your weekends are your own!

What does the role entail?

• Dealing with inbound calls from Motability customers awarded a grant for driving lessons
• Promptly locate and assign a driving instructor for our Motability customers to ensure they receive timely and effective support
• Ensure our customers’ journey is successful by conducting outbound follow-up calls after their first lesson and to check on their progress with their test
• Resolving complaints at the first opportunity - both by inbound calls and/or outbound calls to the franchisee/ instructor to resolve
• Taking ownership and following up on queries when necessary
• Perform administrative tasks including managing emails, actioning with daily reports from Motability, and setting up accounts for third-party instructors
