The AA’s digital propositions team is absolutely fundamental to achieving this vision, and as a Digital Roadmap Analytics Manager / Digital Roadmap Analyst, you will be a pivotal part of this team. 

It’s an exciting time to join the Digital Propositions team with lots of plans across our digital channels. The role will work within the Digital Propositions team, where you will take the lead in evaluating our digital roadmaps, analysing the impact each activity will have and helping to prioritise the most important tasks for each team. You will also be helping to refine product backlogs, highlighting the impact of altering the Roadmap and reporting back once the activities have been released.

In this role you will work closely with the Product Owners, scrum teams and colleagues across the business to analyse and understand the impact of the roadmaps, the effort required to achieve and the results delivered.

What will I be doing?

The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Estimating the impact of the roadmap activities
  • Understanding the cost-benefit trade off required to deliver the activities
  • Managing the digital front door process for new small changes
  • Monitoring and communicating changes to the roadmaps and impact
  • Daily monitoring of our digital journeys
  • Reviewing operational issues & coordinating product responses to them
  • Monitoring complaints and customer outcomes
  • Managing roadmaps across the digital product team
  • Monitor and review existing reports to provide feedback to the digital product team on performance
  • Work with colleagues across the business to understand the reasons behind the performance
  • Produce ad hoc analysis as requested

What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Demonstrable web analytics experience 
  • Ability to demonstrate the commercial impact and clear commercial awareness
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation the cost / benefit of activities
  • Ability to work under pressure and at pace
  • Understanding of digital tools and technologies
  • Ability to understand and interpret data and digital performance trends
  • Understanding of digital journeys
  • Ability to make recommendations based on trends and insight
  • Strong communications skills, being able to communicate at both a detailed and top line level
