Salary: from £18,700 Basic (Rising to £19,200* after 6 months)
*after reaching acceptable quality/performance standards (normally at the 6-month mark)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Customer Service Advisors at The AA are ready for anything. Why? Because after we’ve got to know you, we’ll help you decide exactly which role is right for you. The great thing is, whatever you do, you’ll be part of a lively contact centre team, filled with people you’ll soon come to know as friends.
These aren’t calls from members who have broken down – you’ll speak to people about joining or renewing with us, and buying other products like HomeStart and Repair cover. Yes, there are targets. But for us, it’s about the quality of your conversations, not the number.
We’ll train you how to listen closely, ask the right questions and help customers make the right decisions. And with an entire contact centre on hand for advice, you’ll soon be settled in - and as long as you meet our expectations in terms of quality, you’ll quickly start hitting your on-target earning potential too.
Experience isn’t necessary. But whatever role you take on, you’ll need to be a positive, I’m-here-to-help character. A natural influencer who enjoys making instant connections and matching people to products.
Most shifts are between 8am and 8pm, you usually get every other Saturday off – and you’ll never have to work on a Sunday. Plus, you and everyone you live with gets AA breakdown cover, and we also offer:
