The AA Apprenticeship Programme (Customer Services) is a two-year scheme. It’s your chance to build an exciting career with one of the most respected and established companies in the UK.
Over the two years, you’ll gain a wide range of training and experience, with a good level of choice, while working towards diplomas in Customer Service Levels 2 and 3. A number of apprentices from this successful scheme have gone on to join the AA permanently.
Joining one of our dynamic Contact Centre teams, you’ll deal with queries from new and existing customers. The expertise and knowledge you gain in your apprenticeship will equip you to provide world class customer service. Along the way, you’ll interact with a range of different departments and often speak with external business partners.
As well as full training, we’ll give you an afternoon each fortnight for classroom time. As your journey progresses, you’ll enjoy opportunities to branch out and gain a variety of different skills.
To be considered, you’ll need to be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other people.
