What will I be doing?
- Retaining dealer accounts in line with monthly targets and ensuring long‑term partnership success.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to strengthen relationships and enhance dealer satisfaction.
- Presenting AA Cars products and identifying opportunities to upsell, supporting achievement of monthly Average Transaction Value targets.
- Driving Vehicle Inspection sales across your dealer base to meet annual growth objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Vehicle Inspection and Mediation, to support wider business goals.
- Demonstrating AA behaviours consistently to represent the brand professionally and positively.
- Reducing dealer attrition through active engagement, support and problem‑solving.
- Maintaining agreed service levels and high satisfaction scores across your portfolio.
- Growing dealer performance by increasing ATV, expanding revenue streams and driving B2B inspection opportunities.
- Managing risk effectively to protect both the AA and dealer partners.
What do I need?
- Strong relationship‑management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long‑term dealer partnerships.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience, confidently identifying opportunities, upselling and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions.
- A strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Good analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends and identify growth opportunities.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and effective risk management.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills to oversee multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
