This is a pivotal role within our newly refreshed Enterprise Risk function, offering the opportunity to work across the organisation to analyse and interpret risk data that supports informed decision-making and safe transformation.

You’ll play a key role in building and enhancing risk frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of risk awareness. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, we’d love to hear from you.

What will I be doing?

  • Analyse enterprise-wide risk data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, and reporting processes to ensure effective oversight and governance.
  • Produce high-quality risk reports and committee papers for senior leadership, including the plc Risk Committee and Executive Risk & Compliance Committee.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and strategic risks.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of risk tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate data and improved risk visibility.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture through training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Risk Management within an FCA-regulated environment.
  • Strong track record in producing clear, insightful reports and management information for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to focus on key risks, applying a pragmatic approach to both major and minor issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and procedures in dynamic business settings.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
