Location: Cardiff - Dynamic Working
Salary: £23185.56
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Full Time/Permanent 

As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for our network of over 3,300 franchisee driving instructors across our AA and BSM brands. You’ll handle a wide range of queries, from general enquiries, payments, and vehicle support, as well as complaint resolution, ensuring every interaction is handled with efficiency, empathy, and a commitment to excellent service. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, and your support will be key to helping our franchisees succeed.

What will I be doing?

• Have a real desire to provide outstanding levels of customer service
• Are empathetic and friendly, with a professional approach
• Remain calm under pressure, always focusing on the customer in front of them
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Takes pride in the service they offer and the help they are able to provide
• Are self motivated and proficient in both making their own decisions and contributing with in a team dynamic
