This is the job
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in advancing one of B2B’s core financial pillars—driving greater share of wallet from our existing customer base. In this role, the successful candidate will act as a strategic partner, offering insightful financial guidance and fostering collaboration across the broader finance community.
The position will be instrumental in supporting and influencing growth across key areas such as SMR, Accident Assist, Mobility, Contact Centre, and AAX. With a strong focus on commercial impact and cross-functional engagement, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the business while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What will I be doing?
- Lead the development and oversight of financial processes for our new product, ensuring that all income and expenditure are accurately tracked, reported, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor control accounts proactively, ensuring timely and appropriate onward billing to safeguard cashflow and maintain financial integrity.
- Support and guide the creation of Management Information (MI) for new products, enabling robust performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Manage month-end reporting activities for Fleet and Financial Institutes, collaborating closely with the reporting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Own and enhance pricing models for Roadside Fleet and Financial Institutes, driving optimal value and supporting commercial growth.
- Represent the team across cross-functional forums, contributing to the expansion of non-B2B and non-Roadside business areas through strategic insight and collaboration.
- Act as a trusted business partner for all reporting and pricing activities within our Accident Management sector—an area that has experienced 300% growth over the past five years and continues to be a key focus for future expansion.

- Experience in preparing leadership level presentations and distilling complex technical topics to Exec or Board level
