You’ll be:
- A confident communicator: You are the person to provide outstanding customer service. Drawing on your honed customer service skills, you’ll be on the phone liaising with third party insurers to negotiate settlement of claims using tactics to encourage the reimbursement of costs within the quickest possible timeframe
- A stickler for detail: Attention to detail is key as you manage your own portfolio of claims and see them through to settlement, handling any disputes along the way, the goal being to settle the claims with high success
- A self-starter: You will be content working independently, as well as collaborating as part of a team, supporting them when required
What do I need?
- Excellent customer service skills in previous roles, ideally with claims, insurance, or recovery experience but this is by no means essential
- To be comfortable working on a weekly rotation of 8am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm shifts
- Thrives when working in a fast paced, target orientated environment
