The key purpose of this role is to provide expert administrative support for the varied and ever-evolving aspects of the Outdoor Roadside Operation. While the role has core daily responsibilities, the post holder must be adaptable, proactive, and ready to respond to the shifting demands of the operation, ensuring efficient and seamless support. A flexible approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities are essential for success in this dynamic position.
What will I be doing?
- Accurately collecting and processing data on bespoke AA Roadside Operations systems and Microsoft 365 applications. This may include updating resource records, Tool Inspection scheduling, escalation of Tool Inspection audits and new starter admin
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees. Ensuring offers/rejections/on holds and training instructions are processed through the relevant Departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with managers at all levels, resolving resource and support queries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring timely coordination to financial activities: invoice processing
- Providing ad hoc support to the RODLT, including meeting arrangements, note taking, action logs, composing of letters etc
- Gathering and analysing information to support the decision making with the contravention and NIPs process
- Continuously seeking to improve/update multistep processes building knowledge in Microsoft 365 applications
