Are you passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic IT team and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing both functional and non-functional testing aligned with our enterprise-wide IT Test Strategy. As a vital part of the software development lifecycle, you’ll help ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

What will I be doing?

• Design, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test strategies across the SDLC
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Appium
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality from the start
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Lead by example—mentor junior team members and champion best practices in quality engineering
• Continuously improve testing processes and stay ahead with emerging tools and techniques

What do I need?

• Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role, with responsibility for guiding or managing testing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Java and/or C#, with a strong background in test automation
• Demonstrated expertise in building and executing automation frameworks using Azure DevOps and Jira
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium and other front-end testing tools
• Strong capability in API and contract-level integration testing
• Solid understanding of non-functional testing (e.g., performance, accessibility, security) and mobile testing using Appium
