As we continue to expand, diversify, and modernise, joining us as our Head of Dedicated Services, you’ll play a key part to our success and join us on this exciting motoring journey.
This is the job
Step into the role of Head of Dedicated Services and lead the charge in transforming how we deliver Mobile Mechanics, Assist, Vehicle Inspections, and Signs. You’ll drive national performance, shape strategy, and deliver standout customer experiences—while scaling our Car Care services at pace.

- Challenge the status quo and uncover strategic opportunities to elevate service performance, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional value.
- Craft and execute a bold vision that sets new benchmarks for operational and financial success—because good enough isn’t good enough.
- Align operational strategies with commercial goals, identifying new avenues for growth and expansion within our roadside services portfolio.
- Foster strong, cross-functional relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and B2B partners to deliver seamless service and unforgettable member experiences.
- Optimise resource planning and manage multiple budgets with finesse—delivering cost savings without compromising on quality or compliance.
- Maximise ancillary revenue and take full accountability for P&L performance across our Assist and Signs businesses.
- Tackle escalated issues head-on and uphold the highest standards in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Operate within a robust risk management framework, representing Roadside Operations in audits and ensuring alignment with our organisational risk appetite.
