Job Advert: Training and Development Coordinator 

Location: Cardiff/Hybrid 

Salary: £25,000 

Join our dynamic team at the AA Driving School Academy as a Training and Development Coordinator. You'll assist in managing training delivery, support the franchisee driving instructor training team, and maintain the Thrive learning platform. You'll also coordinate virtual reality courses and online workshops, track trainee success rates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

What will I be doing?

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Support training activities within the Academy
•  Assist the franchisee driving instructor training team
•  Administer and enhance the Thrive learning platform
•  Develop and deliver virtual reality training courses
•  Organise online workshops and classroom sessions
•  Monitor and report on trainee success rates and trainer quality assurance
•  Collaborate with Academy & Driving School Teams

What do I need?

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in learning and development, including curriculum design, delivery, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with dynamic ways of working and open to some business travel. Intermediate competence in English, Numeracy, and IT is essential. We value effective communication, excellent time management, and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
