Your Interview Documents
To ensure you receive your offer of employment as soon as possible should you be successful, we require a number of documents to be bought with you to your interview.
Proof of ID
Under current legislation, the Company is required to check that employees are entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom. Therefore, you must supply one of the following documents (an original):
- UK, EEA country or Swiss passport;
- EEA country or Swiss residence permit/national identity card;
- Passport, other travel document with a stamp to show that you can stay indefinitely in the UK or you have leave to remain in the UK and you are able to work;
- Immigration Status Document issued by the Home Office or the Border and Immigration Agency with an endorsement indicating that you are allowed to stay indefinitely in the UK. This should be produced in combination with an official document giving your National Insurance Number and your name issued by a Government agency or previous employer;
- Full birth certificate issued in the UK, which includes the name(s) of at least one parent. This must be produced in combination with an official document giving your permanent National Insurance Number and your name issued by a Government agency or previous employer;
- Full adoption certificate issued in the UK which includes the name(s) of at least one parent. This must be produced in combination with an official document giving your permanent National Insurance Number and your name issued by a Government agency or previous employer;
- Birth certificate issued in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Ireland. This must be produced in combination with an official document giving your permanent National Insurance Number and your name issued by a Government agency or previous employer;
- An adoption certificate issued in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Ireland. This must be produced in combination with an official document giving your permanent National Insurance Number and your name issued by a Government agency or previous employer.

Your National Insurance card
Or an official document, such as a payslip, with the NI number stated.
Proof of Address
We also require evidence of your residence. Therefore, you must supply at least two of the following for proof of address (please note: one must be dated within 3 months of your interview date and the second must be dated within 6 months of your interview date):
- a recent utility bill
- new card-type driving licence (address is printed on the bottom)
- bank statement
- council tax bill
- electoral registration
- any other documents of this ilk (basically any letters issued by your previous employer/any letters addressed to you on government headed paper)
