With our distinctive yellow and black signs, our Signs team has been guiding motorists to major events for over 100 years. We get involved from the planning stage onwards, sometimes even helping to manage the traffic.
AA Signs provides a nationwide service, operating from six regions: Scotland, North West, Midlands, South East, South West and Northern Ireland.
As a Signs Officer, you'll be on hand from the initial sales call and market research, through to scheduling, event planning, installation and removal of signs. It’s a highly varied role. Working without direct supervision, you’ll carry out all work to industry health and safety standards and guidelines. We’ll also rely on you to maintain thorough documentation for each job.
What are we looking for?
To secure new business, you’ll need excellent commercial and communication skills. The ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and external organisations is crucial. We’ll expect you to be highly organised and able to run multiple projects.
Wherever you join us, you need good geographical knowledge, as well as GCSEs in English and Maths. We’ll provide in-depth training to cover the rest.
