Our Home Emergency Response Engineers go out and rescue customers who have a home emergency or problem. Heating, plumbing, electricity - even wasps' nests - the team is always on hand to help.
As a Home Emergency Response Engineer you'll attend both emergency and non-emergency situations within customer's homes.
You'll deal with both heating and plumbing systems, so you will need to have significant boiler breakdown experience.
Great communication is important too. Our customers will place their confidence and trust in you because of the way you are with them. You’ll keep them updated about the situation and explain any extra work or recommendations that might be needed.
We’ll provide a yellow AA vehicle with all the tools and equipment you'll need.
