Customer Team Manager

Our Contact Centres are often the first point of contact for members and non-members alike. As a Customer Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Customer Advisors. You’ll inspire them to provide the very best in customer service, every call.

You’ll be responsible for the highest standards. On the rare occasion when a customer is dissatisfied, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to bring them back to a happy place. You enjoy coaching others and get a buzz from seeing them grow. In fact, you’ll relish every part of creating a winning team – from selection, training and assessment of team members, to keeping everyone engaged, motivated and excellent.
