Max Holdstock's Story

I’ve always been a keen problem solver – so I had just the transferable skills I needed for the AA. I like meeting new people and learning new things all the time, so it was ideal.

You need to have the skills to cope with stressful situations, and find it rewarding to get people back on their way. But the benefit of working for a company like the AA is that they give you all you need. I have my own van, and tools, with the latest cutting-edge technology. Training, too was fun, informative and great for my confidence. The AA is really supportive and has helped me a lot during some of my own challenging situations.
