Join our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team as an in house permanent recruiter and play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment journey. In this dynamic position, you'll manage the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer management and supporting the onboarding process of new hires. You'll work closely with multiple hiring managers across various business areas within Corporate Functions to ensure we attract and hire top talent.
What will I be doing?
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening and hiring candidates whilst adhering to Recruitment SLA metrics such as time to offer and time to hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Conduct thorough candidate sifting to ensure a strong fit for both the role and the company culture.
- Coordinate interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Management, manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (TalentLink).
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

Experience in managing the end to end recruitment lifecyle.

Proven ability to partner with hiring managers delivering excellent customer service and understanding their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.

Proficiency in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, specifically TalentLink.

Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment, interacting with colleagues across the business.

Excellent organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
