Salary: £18,914 rising to £19,470 (equivalent of £10.03 per hour - £10.33 per hour) + the opportunity to earn up to £3000 OTE for Sales

Full Time & Home Working - 

As part of our dynamic working model, you will be required to work from home from day one. There may still be times when we are reasonably expected to come together as a team (for team events), so please bear this in mind regarding your overall travel distance.

Intake dates are: 8th November & 22nd November

You will be working in a busy department, taking inbound calls and need to have the ability to work at pace and the flexibility to work shifts over 6 days.

The AA are on the lookout for customer focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Our colleagues take inbound calls and be an expert in our products and services by helping our customers choose the right cover for them by explaining our products and services., You just make sure that our customers have a positive experience and get everything they need from us when they call.

What will I be doing?

You will be receiving inbound calls from our existing customers looking to discuss their renewal options.   We have to make sure we are available for our customers (our opening times at 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm) so we operate a shift pattern here which includes working every other Saturday but don’t worry, you get a day off in the week so it’s still only 5 days a week.

What do I need?

Ideally you will have worked in a sales role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don’t worry as we provide all the training and support you will need.  What you will need is a passion for providing great customer service and resilience to succeed in a bustling environment.
