Here at the AA and as part of our Insurance Claims business based in Tunbridge Wells, we are looking for talented individuals to join our new Home Insurance Claims department. This is an exciting venture, building on our existing and successful motor claims department.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved at the start of something new and we are keen to talk to people across a range of disciplines and levels of experience, from customer service agents who may have little or no experience of household claims, to seasoned professionals dealing with large and complex losses.

What will I be doing?

  • Desktop Claims Handlers 
  • Complex Claims Handlers 
  • Learning and Development Trainer 
  • Counter fraud Investigators
  • Supply chain management and administration
