Location:          Flexible, Head office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent -must be within 60-mile radius of Head office

Salary:             Up to £35,000 basic salary depending on experience, with a performance related bonus on top

Hours:              Full time - Monday to Friday

We have a busy contact centre dealing with our customers claims as well as back office teams dealing with the claims journey. What will I be doing?

What you’ll be doing

As a Learning and Development Officer, will be instrumental in raising the bar across the business alongside your colleagues within the group L&D team, using your passion for L&D to drive and deliver interventions which add value and improve customer satisfaction and business performance. You will play a key role in delivering a positive step change in the re-imagination of how learning interventions are designed & delivered within AA Insurance claims.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to help identify the learning needs Supporting the HR business partner and Senior management team in the facilitation of bespoke solutions to enable the people strategy. ensuring that operational competence is maintained and evidenced in line with the requirements of the T&C scheme.

Being responsible for both the design and delivery of the learning and development programme for AA insurance claims you will help the Senior Management Team to continue to ensure that our commitment to providing our customers with excellent customer service is met.

What do I need?

Who we’re looking for

  • You’ll already have experience of being a Learning and Development Officer in both design and delivery and ideally have Experience of working within an insurance/FCA regulated organisation. 

You’ll ideally be CIPD qualified with relevant TAP qualifications in delivery. 

As a confident communicator and influencer, you’ll be able to comfortably communicate with peers and key stakeholders.
