The job is to manage our customer repair journey whilst providing world class customer service based within our busy call centre. The role holder will be proactively contacting our suppliers and providing updates to our customers working within a dynamic team measured against key performance indicators.

Successful candidates will need to be able to multi-task and enjoy liaising with a wide array of suppliers to ensure our Policyholders’ vehicle claims are managed in a timely fashion. The role holder will have excellent problem-solving skills, a confident manner and proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Main Duties (Principal Accountabilities):

    • Providing world class customer service via inbound and outbound calls
    • Proactively contacting suppliers for updates
    • Inputting data onto our claims system
    • Working to targets and goals
    • Play a vital part within a rapidly growing part of The AA

    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Customer service skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and to targets
    • Demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English
