Role: Call Centre Customer Service Representative - Inbound Service
Salary: £18,640 including flexibility allowance
Salary rising again to £19,178 after reaching acceptable performance standards (normally at the 6-month mark)
Shifts: Between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday and Saturday’s from 9am – 5pm.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

This is the job
We have opportunities within our Motor Insurance Service team here in our Newcastle call centre.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be at the front line of our business having all kinds of conversations with our existing Motor insurance customers. You’ll make changes to policies as well as answering any questions or queries our customers have to give them the best service possible. If you are passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience this is the role for you.
You’ll do your best to meet the customer’s needs and will have the authority, training, skills and experience to deal effectively with the majority of things.
You don’t need any experience of our products as you’ll be given excellent front line training right from the word go. You’ll soon become an expert!
All of our customer service roles are full time, shift-based.
