OLDBURY
Where is Swallowfield One, Oldbury?
The Swallowfield One building is at the centre of Sandwell, just 3 miles from Dudley and approximately 8 miles from Birmingham. It is located just under 1 mile from Junction 2 of the M5 (Take A4123 towards Wolverhampton and Dudley) and on the 126 bus route from Dudley through to Birmingham and vice versa.

There is very limited parking available on-site. Visitors by prior appointment only.

Café availability
The staff restaurant is open weekdays 8:00am to 10:45am and 11.15am to 2:00pm, serving a wide range of cooked foods. At the weekends it is open from 9:00am to 12:00.
The coffee shop is open weekdays 8:00am to 4:00pm where you can buy fresh coffee and snacks. It is open weekends from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
On-site facilities
We have a number of charity events and groups within Swallowfield One, as well as the opportunity to purchase goods from suppliers who visit the site on a regular basis selling everything from books to perfumes to clothes and shoes! There are internet cafes available in some departments as well as 'chill out' rest areas on all floors.

CHEADLE
Where is Cheadle?
Lambert House, Cheadle, is situated on Stockport Road in Cheadle - just a few minutes drive from Junction 2 of the M60. The area is served by a number of bus routes from Stockport, Wythenshawe and Altrincham bus stations, with a bus stop directly outside the building.
Car parking
There are rear and front car parks that are available to permanent staff on a first-come-first-served basis.

There is a subsidised staff restaurant open 9:00am to 10:30am and 11:30am to 2:00pm along with coffee machines and snack machines around the building.

Where is St Patricks House, Cardiff?
St Patrick's House is located on Penarth Road, next to Cardiff Central bus and train station. There is some parking which is reserved for people starting before 8:00am. A taxi service is available (to take staff within one mile radius of the call centre) and there are a number of public car parks and voucher parking options in walking distance of the building. St Patrick's House benefits from its city centre location and all the main shopping areas of Cardiff City centre are within a five minute walk.
There is a bicycle cage for secure pedal bike storage and shower facilities on-site.
Public Transport
Cardiff Bus operates over 100 routes across Cardiff, Barry and Penarth and beyond. Most of the routes terminate at Cardiff Central bus station which is a short walk from St Patrick's House.

There is a subsidised staff restaurant providing a range of hot and cold food daily, a cafe providing light snacks and a trolley service. There are also cook-chill facilities on a 24 hour basis and the city centre location provides a wide choice of restaurants and cafes and recreation facilities.

A separate lounge provides computer games, pool table, books and television and 24 hour news is broadcast through Plasma displays on all floors. An Internet Cafe is also provided. The site is a focal point for charitable events and there is an active social scene.

Carr-Ellison House is located on the Newcastle Business Park, William Armstrong Drive, off Scotswood Road. There is staff parking available on-site.

There is a bus service running every 15 minutes from outside the AA building to the city centre - 1 mile away and a 5 minute bus ride.

Where is Fanun House, Basingstoke?
Fanum House is situated on Basing View, which is within easy walking distance of the Basingstoke train station, bus station and Festival Place shopping centre. There is a shuttle bus between Basing View, Festival Place and the Leisure Park that leaves from outside the building. The building is approximately 5 - 10 minutes from junction 6 of the M3. Car parking is available for both visitors and staff.

The coffee shop is open each day from 8:00am until 4:30pm, serving fresh coffee and snacks. The subsided staff restaurant is open daily from 8:00am to 10:00am and between 11:30am and 1:45pm. It also stocks newspapers, magazines and 'essentials'.

On-site facilities
There is an ATM in reception, which is available for use by all staff and visitors. There is an active social and charity committee which arranges various events throughout the year. Regular lunchtime sales are held on-site for books, cards and jewellery as an example.
