Customer Team Manager
AA contact centres are often the first point of contact for Members and non-members alike. As a Customer Team Manager, you will lead, motivate, develop and supervise a team of customer advisors to give all of them the very best in customer service.
Our Team Managers are responsible for the highest standards. On the rare occasion where a customer is dissatisfied you will be able to use your experience and knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. You will enjoy coaching others and get a buzz from seeing the results. In fact, you'll take on every part of creating a winning team, from the selection, training and assessment of team members, through to ensuring the continued success of the contact centre through employee engagement.
