Customer Care Advisor
AA DriveTech provides driver training to businesses around the country. We also work with Police Forces, providing instruction courses for people who've been caught breaking motoring law, for example, when speeding, jumping red lights or using a mobile phone when driving.
You'll greet callers, booking them onto the appropriate course and following the necessary procedures. There's plenty of communication involved - you'll be speaking with delegates, customers, trainers, Police and other agencies.
What are we looking for?
You'll need to be a strong team player who loves to meet targets and you'll also need to have experience of working in a customer environment and handling data using a number of systems.
