Compliance Consultant

Our Compliance Consultants help to protect the AA, making sure we're playing by the rules and stepping in where necessary, to make sure we don't break any regulations. As a Compliance Consultant, you'll offer help and advice to our people about legislative and regulatory issues. You'll also keep an eye on the performance of business units to make sure they meet all the necessary requirements.

In this influential role, you will help to design systems and procedures to make sure all rules and regulations are followed, and act as a consultant to make sure that other business areas are compliant. You'll also need to be able to spot any incidents where the AA may have failed to stick to the regulations, and then escalate them. Part of your role will also be to notice trends and risks and then make action plans to address the issues.

What are we looking for?

You'll need extensive knowledge of the Financial Service Authority (FSA), along with proven experience of working in a regulatory environment - including front line operational and or compliance experience.
