The AA operates four customer contact centres across the UK; they are at Newcastle, Cardiff, Cheadle and Oldbury.

Variety

Naturally, our teams in these centres deal with a wide range of issues. These include arranging assistance for AA customers who have broken down, providing people with information about our products and services, looking after home and car insurance quotes and sales, handling insurance claims from AA customers, selling membership to new customers, arranging lessons for learner drivers and handling complaints.

Flexibility

Working in an AA contact centre is not a 9am-to-5pm, Monday-to-Friday job. We have to ensure that our customers and AA members can reach us wherever they are, whenever they need to. Some contact centres are open 24 hours a day and all are open seven days a week. Due to this, you'll have a choice of different shift patterns, including part-time opportunities to fit in with any external commitments you might have. Working weekends and bank holidays is normal.

These jobs "on the road" are perfect if you like being outdoors. Take on one of these challenges and you'll spend some or all of your time out and about, helping AA members and customers, companies and the general public.

Whether you're fixing cars, replacing windscreens, creating signs or teaching people to drive, you'll be working for a leading UK brand that is known for customer service and professionalism.
