Terms of Employment & Policy Guides (Internal Use Only)

The Terms of Employment and Policy Guides have been reviewed and updated following consultation with the recognised trade union, the IDU and the National Management Forum. 

This document should be read in conjunction with your Personal Statement, as together they form your contract with the AA.  The terms stipulated in the Guides will apply unless a specific term is varied in your contract, in which case this would take precedence.

Please note that some of the items mentioned in the Guide are AA policy rather than contractual, and are therefore identified as such for clarity.
