I’ve been fortunate enough to move up quickly. Shortly after starting at the AA I applied for a Recruitment Co-ordinator role. While being trained it became clear that managing candidates came naturally.

Then as I took on more responsibility, my current role was a natural step up. I wouldn’t say the whole process was easy, though. It’s taken a lot of dedication and initiative to prepare at each step.

As I love my new role, though, it’s all been worth it. Every day there’s a new challenge, and I’m lucky enough to have the support of my manager and a great team. I can also tap into the knowledge of our Head Office team whenever I need it. Recruitment is very fast-paced and I’m constantly learning, and that’s helped me to succeed.

So to me, Ready for anything means that I’m ready to adapt to the needs of candidates, colleagues and the business, so that we can deliver the best possible service.
