Join our existing Customer Advisors and you'll let your personality come to the fore; helping millions of people get the best out of doing business with the AA.

What's more, you'll be working from home, which means no daily commute*, no having to go out on bitter winter mornings or worrying about getting home on time. Enjoy all the benefits of working for a large organisation but in the comfort of your own home.

Whichever area of the business you join, it will be up to you to build a rapport with the customer. This could be in sales or emergency breakdown. We'll set you a range of targets, which will be challenging but achievable. You'll be an information point and a problem-solver rolled into one.

So what are we looking for? Customer-service experience or understanding, and a flair for sales, naturally. But also literacy, numeracy and IT skills, and, most important of all, the kind of personality people instantly warm to. You should have good keyboard skills and the discipline to work alone.

*Please note that the first 3–6 months are spent working from one of our AA sites.
