Our legal team is based in Basingstoke and provides comprehensive legal and company secretarial support across all of the Acromas group businesses including the AA and Saga.

The team is led by the Group Company Secretary and consists of eight lawyers, the Assistant Company Secretary, and a team secretary.

We also have close links with selected external law firms so that we can provide emergency or specialist support for every legal or regulatory issue that might arise.

The legal team advise on a wide range of issues including:

drafting and negotiating contracts of all sizes from low value agreements to multi million pound sales or purchasing contracts
corporate matters
product and customer terms and conditions
consumer credit and FSA compliance issues
data protection issues
advice on ad hoc commercial issues
brand and intellectual property protection, exploitation and enforcement
company secretariat activities
competition law compliance
training and awareness of legal issues affecting the Group
