Our core IT functions are based in Basingstoke (Hampshire) and Folkestone (Kent) with smaller teams based in our regional offices across the country. We have a large team of people in our IT function with passion and motivation to enhance and support the many systems and applications that keep The AA on the road.  We employ people in a range of disciplines within Information Technology.  By providing both varied opportunity and support for personal development, we look to deliver a world class IT function for The AA and the road ahead.

The AA runs a 24 hour/365 day service to our customers and the expertise and efficiency of our IT teams is fundamental to our continued success in Roadside assistance, membership, financial services and driving school. We provide service to our customers through a range of channels including Internet, Mobile and Call centres. A highly motivated and skilled IT workforce is essential to our continued success.
