The AA's Human Resources (HR) team works as a business partner, developing new ideas and approaches, and leading change across the business.

Support services

Our key objective is to provide high-quality, low-cost HR support and advice. We also work with the business to develop policies, practices and solutions that support our culture and enable us to attract, develop and retain top-quality, well-trained and highly motivated people.

We are also aware that the way people behave towards each other has a direct impact on the way they behave towards our customers. So engendering an environment where everyone is treated with courtesy and care is one of our highest priorities.

Development

Split into a number of functional areas, – HR Strategy and Project Management, HR Operations, Employee Communications and Health, Safety and Environment – the teams all play a role in leading the future development agenda and responding to key customer and business requirements.
