Based primarily in the AA's head quarters at Basingstoke, we have project managers, designers, developers, architects, application engineers and business-systems analysts – to name but a few – all working on projects and systems that support the technical development of the AA's many interfaces with its customers. Our IT infrastructure is largely outsourced to third-party suppliers providing the opportunity to work with leading providers.

This is a busy place to work, where you can gain a vast amount of experience and make a name for yourself very quickly. We have large contact centres at Cardiff, Newcastle, Oldbury. Bristol and Cheadle, an excellent website and, of course, the traditional roadside assistance.

The teams in Information Systems are essential to ensuring that we keep the show on the road, both day-to-day and through continuing change management.
