The Finance team is responsible for supporting the business in making profit maximising decisions and maintaining sound financial control over all business transactions. They also ensure that the overall performance of the business, in terms of both revenues and cashflows, is in line with expectations and sufficient to meet our external financial obligations.

Key information

We are also tasked with preparing and reporting on future business performance forecasts and trends and ensuring that the business delivers these. In addition, we also provide the business with advice on how the main performance areas and business processes might be improved.
