Signs Depot Co-ordinator

As a Depot Co-ordinator, you'll be the crucial link between the customer and our field-based signs officers, ensuring all work is carried out to agreed deadlines.

We'll look to you to manage all incoming correspondence from our call-handling centre, create quotes for customers, produce schedules, book all work onto our system and allocate each project to a suitable signs officer for installation. External communication will include calls, post and emails from customers, highway authorities and AA colleagues.

To thrive here, you'll need real self-confidence, excellent admin skills, IT literacy, a proven track record in customer service and the ability to work on your own initiative in a pressurised environment.
