Customer Team Manager

AA contact centres are one of the faces of the organisation. And because it's vital they continue to provide an outstanding service to millions, we're always on the look-out for first-rate operational managers.

As a Customer Team Manager, it will be your job to lead, motivate, develop and supervise a team of up to 12 customer advisors. You'll be there to ensure that the very highest standards are maintained and that individual and group targets are met and exceeded. On the rare occasions when a customer is dissatisfied, you'll use all your experience and diplomacy skills to address the issues that have arisen. Selection, training and assessment of staff will also be your responsibility, as will handling key financial controls.

We're looking for commercially savvy professionals with team-management experience in a service environment. You'll be an excellent coach and problem-solver, bringing the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. Time-management, multi-tasking and listening skills will all be vital, and a sound understanding of the AA brand will give you real credibility with the business from day one.
