About the AA
DO YOU THINK YOU KNOW THE AA?
Everyone's heard of the AA. Most people think of the yellow break down vans but there's so much more. We help our customers with pretty much anything to do with driving and insurance. We offer driving lessons, insurance, travel books and car checks. We even have a home emergency breakdown service for plumbing problems.
We're a trusted brand with thousands of loyal customers who come back to us year after year. They know they can rely on us to give them top-notch service. In fact Which? Magazine has awarded us the Recommended Breakdown Provider for the second year running.
We also offer free online services such as AA Route Planner, which has recently provided its one-billionth route. With weather forecasts, walking routes, cycle routes and travel ideas, we have most areas covered. AA Members can access a range of special discounts and money-can't-buy events through AA Rewards, and our website has lots of driving advice, from how to check your oil to the latest equipment you'll need for driving on the continent.
Oh, the yellow vans. Of course we still do that as well. Our AA patrols have been helping motorists for over 100 years and we now have around 15 million members. One of our patrols saves someone at the roadside every nine seconds. Since you started reading this, we'll have rescued another five motorists.
All of this brilliant stuff doesn't just happen on its own, though. We have thousands of people working all around the country, in hundreds of different jobs keeping the AA running smoothly. If you'd like to be part of a well-known and much-loved company perhaps the AA is for you.
Our Brands
Advocate for the motorist

We also produce successful publications like hotel and restaurant guides, maps and route finders.
The Acromas family
The AA has been part of the Acromas Group of companies since 2007. We're joined by other brands, including Saga, Drakefield, Direct Choice, and Titan Travel
We're a happy family, so if you come and work with us, you're bound to meet the relatives every so often.
